Welcome to our Internet Safety Page

Here you can find out how we promote Internet Safety across school and how we keep safe online.

If you have any questions or you would like some more information on how to keep your child safe online then please feel free to speak to our Computing Coordinator, Miss Kay.

On the 9th February, we showed support for Safer Internet Day, by supporting families, children and young people to explore this year's theme.

An internet we trust: exploring reliability in the online world.

Safer Internet Day 2021 celebrated the amazing range of information and opportunities online, and its potential to inform, connect and inspire us, whilst also looking at how children and young people can separate fact from fiction.
The campaign focused on how we can know what to trust online, supporting children and young people to question, challenge and change the online world.

What can you trust online? (Film for 5-11 year olds)

A film aimed at children and young people aged 5-11 exploring what we can trust on the internet as part of our Safer Internet Day 2021 campaign. Find more about trust and reliability online at #SaferInternetDay #AnInternetWeTrust

Detective Digiduck Assembly for 3-7 year olds for Safer Internet Day 2021

Digiduck® finds some amazing animal facts online but is surprised to discover they may need checking. Searching the internet for information can be tricky, so Wise_Owl swoops in with a plan to put everything right.

Visit the Safer Internet Day Website for free resources to talk to your child about online safety. This pack linked below includes activities, conversation starters and information to help parents and carers talk to their children about how to navigate the issue of reliability of information online in a safe, responsible and engaging way.

Our ICT Rules

We use simple age appropriate rules for children to follow when they are using the computer equipment. There are different rules for each year group, as listed here.
